The Legacy Project is designed to deliver an upscale destination on the South Side of Chicago. The current focus of the project is in on a nearly fifteen acre site in urban Chicago. This massive land base allows for a truly wide-ranging complex composed of a cutting edge church campus, professional office space, hotels, water park, conference center, and restaurants as well as some retail space. Through these varied facets of the development, the Legacy Project seeks to enhance the landscape of urban Chicago, produce vocational opportunities, create an educational hub and guarantee an incredible experience for all Chicagoans.
